We need packages for a whole class — who handles it?
Packages for a whole class (or a year group of up to 300 students) are handled turnkey by a licensed travel agency — not the committee alone. We build the package around your real headcount and budget.
In short
Packages for a whole class are handled turnkey by a licensed travel agency — not the committee on its own. Banchet-Școlar.ro by ROJU builds the package around your real headcount and the class budget: transport, accommodation, meals, the gala evening, photo-video and full organisation, in a single contract. It works from a single class up to a year group of 300 students.
A "class package" is not a sum of individual bookings, but a project designed for a group: a hotel that can house and serve the whole group in one place, a coach with a name list, and a programme that keeps the whole class together.
What a class package includes
- Return transport by licensed coach, from the school gate.
- Accommodation in the group's name, rooms allocated with the form teacher.
- At least two meals a day, with the menu agreed in advance.
- The gala evening: a reserved room, decor, DJ and MC.
- Professional photo-video and a digital platform for the committee.
Prices start from €235 per student for two nights, in Romania or Bulgaria.
How to request the package
Three pieces of information are enough for an offer: how many students you are, which city you leave from and which month. We build the rest together.
Next step
Request an offer and receive it within 24 hours, with a named hotel, a day-by-day programme and a final price per student.
