How much a graduation banquet costs
No agency publishes the price. We do, because a parents' committee cannot make a decision based on "it depends".
The short answer
A turnkey graduation banquet starts at €235 per student for two nights, in Romania or Bulgaria. The price covers transport, accommodation, at least two meals, the gala evening, professional photo and video, and full organisation with agency assistance throughout the project, including on site.

What the €235 covers
Everything below is in the price, in one contract and one invoice. You do not pay the DJ, the photographer or the coach separately.
Return transport
Licensed coach, from the school gate to the hotel and back.
Two nights of accommodation
Hotel booked in the group's name, rooms allocated with the form teacher.
At least two meals
Included, with the menu agreed in advance and options for dietary restrictions.
The gala evening
A room reserved for the group, decor, DJ and MC, programme built with the students.
Photo and video
A professional team throughout the event; the material stays with the year group.
Organisation and assistance
From the first conversation to the journey home, with at least two ROJU agents on site.
Photo booth
Instant prints, fun props and digital files for the whole year group.
Festive cake
The year group's cake, brought before midnight, with indoor fireworks while everyone is still in the room.
Champagne welcome
A welcome toast on arrival (sparkling grape juice for minors), for an elegant start to the evening.
Games and surprises
Contests, games and surprise moments prepared with the committee, throughout the stay.
What moves the price up or down
These are the only factors that change the figure. Your departure city is not one of them: the price is the same from Galați as from Bucharest.

Two, three or four nights
Both themed evenings fit into any of them. The difference is not only price, it is pace.
The starting formula, from €235/student
A day to settle in, the gala evening, a morning together. The most chosen option for classes that do not want to miss school days.
The most balanced
A full free day appears between the evenings: an excursion, the beach or sport. Both themed evenings fit comfortably.
For large year groups
A short-holiday pace. Worth it when the group travels far, or when the destination is Turkey or Egypt.
Why organising it yourself looks cheaper
A committee organising its own banquet usually pays for the same things — only separately, at individual-customer prices, and carrying the risk.

How payment works
In instalments, not in one go
A deposit on signing, then instalments agreed with the committee up to departure.
In RON or EUR
Cash at Banca Transilvania, bank transfer or an online payment link.
Everything visible in the platform
The committee sees who has paid, what is left and which documents are missing. No spreadsheets on WhatsApp.
A licensed agency contract
Travel licence and insolvency policy. The money is not collected "by the form teacher".
Budget questions
Tell us how many students you are, which city you leave from and which month you have in mind. You get the written offer within 24 hours, with a final price per student — not a "from".
Want the exact figure for your class?Why is the price in euros and not in lei?
Because hotels and transport operators work in euros, and a price in lei would need recalculating with every exchange-rate move. The contract states the reference rate and you can pay in either currency.
Does the price rise after the contract is signed?
No. The contract price is the final price for the contracted services. The only later costs are the ones the group itself adds: an optional excursion, an extra meal, an extra night.
What happens to the money if a student can no longer go?
The place can be taken by another student or a chaperone. Without a replacement, the rules written in the contract apply, and we explain them before signing. We do not invent penalties along the way.
What about accompanying teachers?
The form teacher and accompanying teachers are normally included in the group calculation, on terms agreed with the committee from the start. It is not a cost you discover at the end.
Can we go below €235 per student?
Sometimes yes, for large groups, outside peak weekends, with a single gala evening. We tell you honestly when it is possible and when it is not — we do not build a low price by cutting what makes the evening memorable.
How early must we book for this price?
Ideally about 6 months ahead — usually between 15 September and 15 October, for the banquet in May. For large groups (100–300 people) the 6 months are essential for the hotel, hall and transport; the right hotels are booked from autumn for May and June. Under 100 people it is possible 3–4 months ahead too, but prices rise and availability drops.
