In a small town the banquet is the event of the year. We treat it exactly that way: the same team and the same standard as for a year group of three hundred.
In short
For high schools in Tecuci we organise the graduation banquet with a coach from the town, accommodation, gala dinner, DJ and MC, photo and video, and two ROJU agents on site. Packages start at €235 per student for two nights and work for small groups too, down to a single class.
Leaving your city
We collect the group at the school gate. Tecuci sits on our usual route south, so we can also pick up students from villages along the way.
Which schools we work with
We work with the high schools and technical colleges in Tecuci, including individual classes rather than whole year groups.
The coach can also collect groups from Bârlad, Adjud or Panciu on the same route.

We are one class, 24 students. Is it worth it?
Yes. For small groups we choose hotels where the function room can be reserved for you alone, so you do not share the evening with another group. The price per student stays in the same range, because we negotiate as an agency, not as an occasional group.
Can it be done over a weekend?
Yes, and for classes that do not want to miss school days the weekend is the most requested option. Book early though: in May and June, weekends fill up first.
Who pays if something is damaged at the hotel?
The rule is the one in the contract, and we explain it before signing so there are no surprises. In practice, having two ROJU agents with the group settles most situations on the spot.
