Graduation banquet in Brașov
Brașov has good hotels twenty minutes out of town, but a whole year group usually wants to go somewhere it has never been.
In short
High schools in Brașov can hold the banquet close to home, in Poiana Brașov or the Prahova Valley, or travel to the seaside. We organise it end to end — transport, accommodation, gala dinner, up to two themed evenings and photo-video — from €235 per student for two nights.
Leaving your city
We collect the group at the school gate or from a central point in the city, agreed with the form teacher.
Which schools we work with
We work with national colleges and theoretical, vocational and technological high schools in Brașov, Săcele, Codlea and Râșnov.
We also work with the high schools along the Prahova Valley, from Predeal down to Comarnic.

Why travel at all, with hotels this close?
Because the banquet is more than a dinner. The two nights spent together are what students remember years later. If you would rather stay close, we organise that too: Poiana Brașov and the Prahova Valley have function rooms that work well for large groups.
What are the "two themed evenings"?
The first is a White Party, all in white, relaxed. The second is the Gala Evening, with formal dress, speeches, cake and the year group's performance. Both can fit into a 2, 3 or 4-night package.
Are your coaches licensed?
Yes. Transport is operated with licensed coaches, and the contract is signed by a travel agency holding a licence and an insolvency policy. Both numbers are published on this site.
