Who processes your data

The data you send through banchet-scolar.ro goes only to ROJU.ro and is used to organise your event and for marketing messages about our own services: offers, guides and prom news.

ROJU.ro operates through two companies, and your data may be processed by either of them, for the same purposes and with the same safeguards:

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to other companies for their own marketing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to oferta@banchet-scolar.ro or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

1. Data controller

The data controller is ROJU TRAVEL COMPANY SRL, VAT ID RO43064369, registered office at Str. Argentina Nr. 25, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, with a branch office in Galați, Str. Brăilei Nr. 140D. The company is part of ROJU.ro together with TRUBADURUL SRL, and your data may be processed by both companies, solely to organise your event and for marketing messages about our own services. 2. What data we collect

“Prom Organizer’s Guide” form: first name, email address, phone number, site language, the consent tick box (with the consent text, date and time), IP address and browser type.

Offer form: the details you fill in. This form is provided through Bitrix24, the platform we use to manage requests.

Direct communication: the data you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Website usage data: only if you give consent in the cookie banner (see the Cookie policy).

3. Why we use the data and legal basis

To send you the guide and contact you about organising the prom — based on your consent.

To prepare an offer at your request — to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

For website security and abuse prevention (for example, limiting repeated submissions) — based on our legitimate interest.

To comply with legal obligations when a contract is concluded (for example, accounting obligations).

4. How long we keep the data

Guide form data is kept until you withdraw consent or for no more than 24 months after the last interaction. Contract-related data is kept for the period required by law.

5. Who we share data with

Data is only available to the ROJU team and to providers who help us operate: the website and email hosting provider, Bitrix24 (for the offer form) and, only with your consent, Google (traffic measurement). Videos are hosted on YouTube and only load when you click them.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer uses the safeguards required by law (for example, standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. Send requests to oferta@banchet-scolar.ro.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

7. Minors

The forms are intended for people aged 16 or over. For people under 16, data must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to collected data is limited to authorised members of the ROJU team.
