Frequently asked questions about the prom

We organise proms for high schools in Bucharest, Constanța, Brăila, Galați, Buzău, Pitești, Brașov (including the schools along the Prahova Valley), Iași, Sibiu and Cluj-Napoca. If your school is in another city, write to us: we agree on the departure point and the transport together.

About 6 months in advance is ideal. Banquets are usually requested between 15 September and 15 October, for the banquet the following May — roughly 6 months ahead. For large groups of 100–300 people the 6-month lead time matters even more, so we can secure the right hotel, hall and transport. For smaller groups, under 100 people, you can request an offer 3–4 months ahead, but availability is lower and prices are higher.

The stay can be 2, 3 or 4 nights of accommodation, depending on the destination, dates and budget. Any option can include 2 party nights.

The offer is built service by service: venue, food, decor, entertainment and coordination. Photo & video, transport and the platform are added as needed.

We start from the amount per participant and suggest clear options in stages, so the committee can make informed decisions.

The ROJU team coordinates the updates and explains the next steps, so the event stays well organised.

Yes, from the very first message until you are back home. Before the event, the Banchet-Școlar.ro by ROJU team is available 24/7 for any question. Throughout the event, at least 2 ROJU travel agents stay with you and take care of every detail.

The prom is paid in instalments, in Romanian lei (RON) or euros (EUR). You can pay in cash at Banca Transilvania, by bank transfer or through an online payment link.

Accommodation is in rooms for 2 people, and students choose their roommates themselves.

For destinations abroad, each student needs a valid ID card or passport. Minors not travelling with their parents also need a notarised parental consent. We send you the full list in good time.

The cancellation and replacement conditions are clearly stated in the contract before signing. We also recommend cancellation insurance.

This can be discussed. Extra guests are added to the offer, subject to availability at the venue.

The two nights have different themes: a White Party with a white dress code, DJ, lights and effects, and a Gala Night with elegant outfits and festive moments alongside the teachers. They can be included in any option, whether 2, 3 or 4 nights.

We bring our own DJ and MC for the whole evening. We build the playlist together: you send the must-play tracks and the ones to avoid, and the DJ keeps the room going all night.

Yes, the photo booth is part of our services: instant prints, fun props and digital files for the whole class. It comes on top of the professional photo and video coverage.

The photographer and videographer work throughout the event, and the material lands in the digital platform, with private access for students and teachers. There is no extra fee to download it.

Yes. The celebration cake, indoor fireworks, special effects, sound and lighting are part of the package. You tell us what you want; we handle the suppliers, the setup and the running order.

You choose between served menus or a buffet, with a drinks package included. We also take special requests: vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free or allergies, as long as you send them with the final list.

The programme includes entertainment and activities during the stay: games at the beach or by the pool, contests, supervised free time and, on request, optional trips nearby.

Transport is by licensed, technically checked coaches with professional drivers. The departure is agreed in the offer, depending on your city, and we arrange the transfers at the destination.

We work with hotels checked by our own team, with their own event hall and rooms for large groups. We send you the options available for your dates, with real photos and details.

Yes. The homepage has videos from real proms, interviews with principals, teachers and graduates, plus public reviews. We can also put you in touch with committees that have already organised with us.
