What exactly does €235 per student cover?
Two nights of accommodation, at least two meals, the gala evening, coach transport from the city and back, professional photo and video, and full organisation with agency assistance throughout the project, including on site.
Can we choose the music and the programme?
Yes, and we insist that you do. We build the playlist with the students and agree the running order with the committee: speeches, performances, awards, cake. The DJ and MC bring suggestions, but the decision belongs to the year group.
What if it rains on the day of the beach party?
There is always a plan B, written into the contract: the hotel function room stays reserved for the group. Nothing is cancelled and nothing extra is paid.
