Where we work
Graduation banquet in Buzău
Buzău sits halfway between the mountains and the sea, so local schools have more destination options than anywhere else we work.
In short
High schools in Buzău can choose between the seaside, the Prahova Valley and Bulgaria, all within 3–4 hours by coach. We organise everything — transport, accommodation, gala dinner, up to two themed evenings, photo and video — from €235 per student for two nights, under a licensed agency contract.
Leaving your city
The coach collects the group at the school gate. For large year groups we run two coaches at the same time so students arrive together.
Which schools we work with
We work with national colleges and with theoretical, economic and vocational high schools in Buzău and across the county.
We also work with schools in Râmnicu Sărat, Mizil and Pogoanele.
Why a local organiser matters
The coach leaves from the school gate
No gathering students somewhere else, no separate transfer to a shared meeting point.
A meeting with the committee, in person or online
We meet the parents and the form teacher before anything is signed, and answer questions in front of everyone.
One contract, one invoice
Accommodation, transport, meals, party and photo-video in a single contract with a licensed agency, not five separate arrangements.
Two ROJU agents with the group
Our team stays on site, not just a phone number. The form teacher always has someone to talk to.
Questions from committees in Buzău
Your school is somewhere else? We work across the country — write to us and we will build the route from your town.
Mountains or seaside for a banquet in May?
In early May the mountains are safer for the programme: the hall is indoors and the weather cannot spoil the evening. Late May and June favour the seaside, because a beach party becomes possible. We tell you honestly what we see at each hotel.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. Payment is made in instalments, in RON or EUR: cash at Banca Transilvania, bank transfer or an online payment link. The committee sees in the platform who has paid and how much is left.
What documents do minors need?
A parental consent form for every student under 18, plus an ID card. Consents are signed digitally in the platform. Bulgaria additionally requires a valid travel document.
