In Bucharest a year group often means ten classes and three hundred students. Our logistics were built for exactly that: several coaches, verified lists and one contact person for the committee.

We organise the graduation banquet for any high school in Bucharest, from a single class to a year group of over 300 students. Coaches leave from the school gate, accommodation and the function room are reserved exclusively for the group, and packages start at €235 per student for two nights. The seaside is about 225 km away, a 3–4 hour drive.
Leaving your city
Coaches leave from the school gate, by district, at staggered times so the street is not blocked. For year groups above 150 students we use between 3 and 6 coaches, each with a named list and a person in charge.
Which schools we work with
We work with any high school in Bucharest, in any district: national colleges in the centre, economic and technical colleges, theoretical, vocational and technological schools in the suburbs. A single year-12 class works as well as an entire year group.
We also work with schools in Ilfov, Giurgiu and Ploiești, with pick-up at the school gate.
What makes a Bucharest banquet different
Year groups of 200–300 students
Few hotels can accommodate and feed three hundred teenagers in the same evening, in the same hall. We know the ones that can and block them from autumn.
Very different budgets in one year group
In a large year group families have different means. We build the package so payment can be made in instalments, and the committee sees in the platform exactly who has paid.
Leaving the city without chaos
Coaches by class, named lists, staggered times and a person in charge of each vehicle. Parents get the exact departure and return times 48 hours ahead.
The hall is yours alone
You do not share the gala evening with another group. We reserve the room exclusively for your year, with decor, DJ, MC and a programme built together with the students.

Can you handle a year group of 300 students?
Yes. We have managed 56 coaches and more than 3,300 participants in 19 years. For 300 students we run 5 to 6 coaches, with named lists, a person in charge of each vehicle and at least two ROJU agents on site, alongside the technical team.
How much does a banquet cost for a Bucharest high school?
From €235 per student for two nights, including transport from the school gate, accommodation, at least two meals, the gala evening, photo-video and full organisation. The final price depends on the destination, the number of nights and how many meals you include.
Where do Bucharest schools usually go?
Most often to the seaside, about 3–4 hours away, because it allows a beach party in June. The Prahova Valley comes second, two hours away, preferred by year groups holding the banquet in April or May. Bulgaria enters the discussion when the group wants a four-star hotel at a lower price.
Do we meet in person before the contract?
Yes. We come to the parents' meeting in Bucharest, or run it online in the evening. We bring the offer on paper, with the proposed hotel, the day-by-day programme, the menu and the final price per student.
How are parental consents signed?
Digitally, in the committee platform. Each parent gets a link, signs from their phone and the document stays archived. For a year group of 300 that means 300 consents collected without a single day lost at the school office.
