Who we are
About Banchet-Școlar.ro by ROJU
Banchet-Școlar.ro is the service of ROJU TRAVEL COMPANY SRL dedicated to high school proms and graduation trips. For 19 years we have organised events for classes of graduates, with one promise: the committee, students and teachers enjoy the night, and we take care of everything else.
The family we belong to
Banchet-Școlar.ro is part of the ROJU HOLDING family, the group founded by Iacob Traian Aurelian that brings together two companies and travel agencies: ROJU TRAVEL COMPANY SRL and TRUBADURUL SRL. Under the ROJU.ro brand, the group has worked as a tour operator since 2007, with more than 75 Romanian suppliers and over 1,000 international ones, from flight tickets and holidays to corporate events. Proms grew into a line of their own: a different rhythm, different rules and a different kind of responsibility, because we work with groups of minors and with schools.
What we do
We organise all-inclusive proms of 2, 3 or 4 nights in Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey and Egypt: accommodation, meals and the gala dinner, licensed coach transport, up to 2 themed party nights (White Party and Gala Night), decor, DJ and MC, special performances, cake and indoor fireworks, professional photo and video, and a photo booth. For committees we built a digital platform that tracks the budget, payments, participants and documents, all signed online.
How a prom comes together
It starts with a conversation about what the class wants: how many classes, what budget, which dates. Then comes the written offer with everything it includes, followed by the contract, with no hidden costs. From that moment the committee gets access to the platform and parents sign the consents digitally, with no trips to the school. We check the hotel, the hall, the menu and the day-by-day programme, build the playlist with the students and prepare the surprise moments. On departure day the coaches leave with verified lists, and at the destination we stay with the group until the last dance.
Who is with you at the event
Before departure we are available 24/7. At the destination, at least 2 ROJU travel agents stay with the group throughout the event, together with the technical team: DJ, MC, sound, lighting, photo and video. The class teacher always has someone to talk to, and parents get updates about departure, accommodation and the return directly in the platform.
Why experience matters
In 19 years we have managed 56 coaches, covered more than 26,000 km safely and organised events for over 3,300 participants. We have run the year 12 farewell party for the Virgil Madgearu Economic College in Galați five times in a row. We know what can go wrong at an event with hundreds of teenagers: a list changed on the last day, an expired ID, rain over the beach party. That is why we prepare every detail in advance and always keep a plan B.
What people say about us
ROJU.ro has more than 179 reviews on Trustpilot with an average score of 4.9 out of 5, and the profile has been claimed and verified since 2019. On the homepage you will find filmed interviews with principals, teachers and graduates who lived a prom organised by us. We can also put you in touch with committees that have already organised with ROJU, so you hear the story directly from them.
