Does it matter which city the agency is in? We travel to any school
Many committees assume that if the agency is not "from their city", it is not worth it. Wrong. We travel in person to your school for the quote, the parents' meeting and the whole event — anywhere in Romania. Here is why distance is not a problem for us.
In short
"But you are not from our city…" is one of the most common hesitations committees have. The short answer: it does not matter where the agency's office is — what matters is that we come to you. The Banchet-Școlar.ro by ROJU team travels in person to your school — for the quote, the parents' meeting and the whole event — anywhere in Romania. We have offices in Bucharest and Galați, which helps us reach any corner of the country quickly.
"If you are not from our city, will you still come to us?"
Yes. For us, travelling is not an exception — it is the normal way we work. A prom is not organised over the phone and a few messages; it is organised face to face with the committee, the class teacher and the parents. That is why we come to your city, whatever the distance.
Why distance is not a problem for us
For 19 years we have organised corporate events for companies across the country: conferences, team-buildings, galas, launches. That means long-distance logistics are our daily job — transport, accommodation for large groups, a technical team moved from one city to another. A prom in a city where we have no office is nothing out of the ordinary for us.
On top of that, our two offices — Bucharest and Galați — together cover the south, south-east and centre of the country, and the coaches we work with leave from in front of your school anyway, not from our city.
What we do, concretely, when the school is in another city
- We come to the parents' meeting, in your city, or we hold it online in the evening when everyone is home.
- The coach leaves from in front of the school, not from a shared point in another city.
- Two ROJU agents stay with the group at the destination, around the clock, exactly as for the schools next to us.
- One contract and one invoice, signed by a licensed agency, at the same prices as everywhere else in the country.
It is 100% worth calling us, even if we are not from your city
Choosing an agency is not about the city map, but about verifiable criteria: a travel licence, an insolvency policy, your own team at the destination, real reviews and experience with student groups. We tick them all — ANAT member, ISO 9001, 4.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot and 19 years of proms and events.
So if your school is in Buzău, Pitești, Brașov or any other city, do not stop at "they are not from here". Ask for a quote — we come to you, put everything on paper and let you decide in front of the whole committee.
