In short
In May 2026 we organised the graduation banquet of the class of 2026 from "Emil Racoviță" High School in Galați: 7 classes, at Hotel Admiral, in Bulgaria. Transport from Galați, accommodation, meals, two party nights and photo-video — all turnkey, with a ROJU team on site.
When a whole year group travels together, it is no longer one class but a large group, with everything that implies: coordinated transport, accommodation for everyone in the same hotel, and a programme that keeps the pace, with no dead time.
The context
7 final-year classes from "Emil Racoviță" High School in Galați, the class of 2026. The destination, chosen together with the students: Bulgaria, at Hotel Admiral, in May — the classic banquet period, with good weather and still-reasonable prices.
How it went
Departure was by coach from Galați, on name lists. At the hotel, the group was accommodated together, with a rooming list prepared in advance, so check-in was fast. Then came the days of the stay, with meals included, supervised free time and the two themed nights — a relaxed evening and the Gala, alongside the teachers. Photo and video worked throughout, and the materials landed in the digital platform, with private access for students and teachers.
What the people who were there say
On the homepage you will find the film from the class of 2026 banquet of "Emil Racoviță" High School, with students telling how it went. It is the kind of testimonial we could not write better than they say it.
